Return/Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please write to us with the full details of the purchase and the issue, Please make sure that you mention the reason why its being returned in your email and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is complete, we will refund your full payment immediately back to your original form of payment. If the customer returns a heavier item (≥3.5 kg) because non-quality problem, the customer shall share part or all of the return shipping cost , the specific amount shall be negotiated by the customer service and the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation Policy
Because we strive to ship all orders within 12-36 hours of receiving the order, we must ask that you only cancel an order within 18 hours of making it and if the package was shipped out the customer must pay all shipping costs.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
